As project manager, Milestone established and managed the design team, including AJC Architects, to carry out the site investigations and preparation for a development application of this 20 storey, 225-unit mixed-use development.
The site comprised amalgamation of 4 separate strata RFBs and included investigating a mix of redevelopment options for 2x2 and 1+3 lot amalgamations, including affordable housing options.
Milestone also assisted with the handover to Billbergia as Joint Venture partner with Legacy Property, the client on this project

Realm Adelaide
Milestone was engaged as development and project managers for this 40 storey, 310 apartment building, including a 7 storey above ground carpark podium, ground floor retail, podium level pool and gymnasium facilities, with exclusive roof top wellness centre and amenities
Realm became Adelaide's tallest building in April 2020 and is now amongst the three talest buildings in Adelaide's skyline, maintaining its status as the tallest residential tower in South Australia.

Royal Shores
Marcello project managed the redevelopment of the former Department of Defence, AE2 Naval Stores site into a new residential estate, alongside Defence Housing.
Services included a planning proposal to amend the estate’s FSR and Height controls (which increased yield by 40%), managing the design and construction phases of 613 units across 9 buildings upon 6 super lots. Other works included a community car park, Parramatta River Foreshore upgrades and the establishment of Halvorsen Park public recreational playground.

Inmark Tower
Project management of a new landmark CBD 219 unit residential tower in Sydney’s Haymarket district.
The development comprised two towers: one of 36 stories, the other 18 stories with another 3 storey commercial wing, all adjoined and built upon a vibration isolated twin level basement carpark atop the live Central-Town Hall railway tunnel.
