Marcello has worked with some large organisations including: Abacus Group, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Nortel Networks, TAB Corp and Westpac (to name but a few), which reinforces his experience and professionalism in delivering upon an array of varying project types and values and at corporate levels.

Milestone's work in this sector includes due diligence and feasibility reviews, child care facilities, cafés and retail fitouts.
Marcello has a long history of working on various residential projects, having personally been involved in the creation of over 3,000 apartments, worth more than $1B, in locations throughout NSW, SA, VIC & QLD.

These projects have ranged in size from city towers, medium-high density & mixed use developments, through to residential estates and town houses.

Milestone's experience in this sector covers master planning, Voluntary Planning Approval (VPA) negotiated works, recreational parks and gardens and other related roads / infrastructure upgrade works.

For our residential projects, Milestone either manages or work closely with the managing real estate agent to ensure a seamless transition of individual purchaser requirements through to the construction stage.
Within the health sector, Milestone has delivered on a variety of projects including residential aged care facilities, group homes and medical facilities including specialised laboratories.

Milestone works with both its clients and the design team to explore innovative and fresh ideas in seeking out solutions that go beyond best practice, but remain within the project cost, time and quality objectives.

Acting as project manager or project director, Marcello applies himself to all projects taking ownership and ensuring delivery for all project milestones and objectives are delivered beyond the client's expectations.
Whilst the above sectors have seen Milestone deliver on similarly classified project types, there are an array of other projects that Milestone also delivers upon, retaining its principles in delivery and ensuring a similar high level of conclusion.
